Superlux PRA218B
Supercardioid Dynamic Microphone
The PRA218B is a supercardioid dynamic microphone designed for kick drum and other bass-rich applications. It has a tailored frequency response, with a -2dB “scoop” from 150–900Hz, a bass boost of +3dB at 75Hz, and a +8dB presence peak centered at 3500Hz for beater click.
Its low sensitivity (0.7 mV/Pa) gives it plenty of headroom for high-SPL environments, such as kick drum.
The PRA218B ships with the HM27S clip and a storage pouch.
