Detachable-Capsule Condenser Microphone

Gefell’s M210 is a small-diaphragm, hypercardioid-pattern condenser microphone. It consists of the SMS 2000 preamp body with the detachable M21 hypercardioid capsule.

Available separately are cardioid and omnidirectional capsules.

The Hypercardioid capsule contains a half-inch (~13mm) gold-plated diaphragm in an ~18mm-diameter ceramic housing. The preamp circuit utilizes Gefell’s low-noise, transformerless design, and offers onboard switches for a -10dB pad and a high-pass filter.

The M210 mic ships in a padded wooden case in either of two finishes:

• Satin nickel (p/n 211118)
• matte black (p/n 211119)

Available separately: mic clips, suspension mounts, foam windscreens, pop filters, etc.
