Sound On Sound 2008
The weakest element of the set, for me, was the kick mic, which had a rather ‘soggy’ sound prior to being equalised, but if you’re prepared to work on the EQ, drum tuning and fine positioning, the result is very acceptable once the sound of the overheads is mixed in.
