Bidirectional Ribbon Microphone

The Cascade VIN-JET is a long-format, passive ribbon microphone manufactured in China and upgraded in the US.

The single ribbon is made of 99% pure aluminum and measures approximately 5mm by 62mm. Suspended between Neodymium magnets, it produces an extended figure-of-8 pickup pattern with high (165dB) SPL capability.

Two models are available:

• VIN-JET - with stock transformer, $199
• VIN-JET-L - with Lundahl LL2913 transformer, $349

Both ship with a suspension shockmount, a padded storage pouch, an aluminum flight case, and a micro-fiber cleaning cloth.
